A ROUND-UP OF HOLIDAY CUPCAKE RECIPES

There are many places you can go for a free cupcake on National Cupcake Day (December 15, 2017), but we thought baking cupcakes with your little one would be a lot more fun!  With so many great holiday cupcake recipes to choose from, we had a hard time picking just five. Our holiday cupcake round-up includes a mix of adorable and delicious cupcakes both you and your children are sure to love. Happy Baking! And if you do try one of these, be sure to share a photo with us!

1. Hot Chocolate Cupcakes from Bakerita

These cupcakes are the perfect match for a cup of, you guessed it, hot chocolate! We love that they toasted the frosting and added a little snipped piece of straw.

2. Snowman Cupcakes from Cooking Classy

You may not be able to build a snowman outside where you live, but there's no reason why you can't bring the fun to your cupcakes instead. Plus, what kid wouldn't love a cupcake and marshmallows? Double treat bliss!

3. Christmas Light Cupcakes from Baked Bree

Not only are these Christmas Light Cupcakes adorable, but they make for a fun baking activity, too. Get started with the cupcakes, then let your little ones decorate them with "lights." They may not end up looking as pretty as the picture, but they'll be just as delicious.

4. Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes from Sally's Baking Addiction

Okay, this one's for you, mom and dad! There is actually instant coffee in these cupcakes, so when you tell the kids these are "grown-up cupcakes", you'll be telling the truth!

5. Reindeer Cupcakes from One Little Project

These reindeer cupcakes really are as easy as they look and they're perfect for little helpers who want to decorate. The best part? You might already have everything you need in your pantry!
