Celebrate the 4th With Your Little Partner
It's almost the 4th of July and I'm really looking forward to spending some quality time with my nieces. It is always fun to get Evelyn (age 2) and Anna Rose (age 5) involved during the holidays. They love being a part of the celebration and being little helpers, so I searched the web for some festive ideas. There are so many great ideas out there, but here are some personal favorites that we will be working on!
1)Craft paper plates into the crown of the Statue of Liberty
2)Create the American Flag out of fruit and cheese... kids and Adults love this!
3)Invite the neighborhood children to decorate their bikes and wagons for their very own 4th of July parade
4)Make a t-shirt to look like the American flag using your little one's hand print. You will love to have this keepsake, so be sure to put a date on the tag! Instructions here. 5)Make homemade red, white, & blue creamsicle ice pops. Here is the recipe!
6)Liven up their water with fresh fruit.
It looks like we have a lot to do in the next three days, so pull up yourLearning Tower and lets get started!
