Delivery and Shipping

All orders shipped from Little Partners will be sent via UPS. Chef's Coats will be shipped separately. For orders over $99, we offer free ground shipping within the continental United States. Canada orders are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes and subject to international shipping. During checkout, you will have the option to select a shipping rate and delivery timeline.  If your shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and we will replace the damaged item with a new one.

Orders of Learning Tower, Art Easels and Playhouse Kits placed by 3pm central time will be shipped the next business day. Chef's Coats require three business days for embroidery. We cannot guarantee UPS delivery dates. 

Return Policy

Our policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective item, Little Partners will be happy to replace your item. Refunds will be given depending on circumstances.

We will replace any defective or faulty items, including those that have been damaged in shipping. Please contact us at and tell us the item, when you bought it, and the problem. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions for returning your item. We will confirm receipt of you faulty item and send you a replacement. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase or on items that have been used.
