Little Partners Warranty Policy

Little Partners wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Little Partners warrants to the original purchaser that the Learning Tower and Art Easel will be free from material defects resulting from missing parts, workmanship, design and raw materials. This warranty does not apply to defects from normal wear and tear, product misuse, after market product alterations, or failure to follow assembly, use and care instruction supplied with the product.

Warranty period:

If any defect is discovered during the warranty period, please contact us through our contact form or call us at 800.704.9058, for return authorization of parts or replacement. Little Partners will, at its option, either repair, send new parts or replace the product. The warranty details above shall be in lieu of any and all other warranties. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. This warranty is valid with an original dated receipt.
