Delivery and Shipping

All orders shipped from Little Partners will be sent via FedEx. For orders over $99, we offer free ground shipping within the continental United States. During checkout, you will have the option to select a shipping rate.  If your shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please do NOT refuse the delivery and inspect the contents of the package first. If there are any damaged or missing parts we will replace the damaged or missing items with a new one at our expense. Simply contact us immediately at customercare@littlepartners.com.

Orders received by 3pm eastern time will be shipped the next business day. We cannot guarantee FedEx delivery dates.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a defective item, Little Partners will be happy to replace your item. Refunds will be given depending on circumstances.

We will replace any defective or faulty items, including those that have been damaged in shipping. Please open a support request here and choose RMA – Return Material Authorization for category and provide necessary information. Once your return has been approved, we will send you instructions for returning your item. Once we confirm the style number, part number, color, and date code of you faulty item we will send you a replacement part or product. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase or on used items.

Refund Policy
